Adventures during the flight
Answering Olya's e-mail...
Yeap, my flight was good but not without adventures. My big bag was probably opened on the way from Odessa to Kiev, flying with Aerosvit company. They cut the lock off, but it seems that didn't take anything from it.
But at the same time, I visited Borispol airport for the first time, and it it a mess!!! It is sooo confusing! I hadf to take a carriage, and this is good, because they have free carriages, and go to the yard, and then through the yard get to tanother terminal, the international flights ) How do you like that???
But my flight was good... they had enough food, and I actually asked for more and they gave me. I had two placs next to me with noone sitting there so I could lay and actually sleep during these 10 hours. Other people, only some of them could have one place next to them free, but I have three places only for me :-) That was great!!!
There was an Azerbaidjanee girl with her two twins, boys, about 6-7 years old, they were perfect, very quiet, but 4-5 places behind there was afamily with little girls 3-4 years old and one of them was giving concers, cryinmg half of the flight, laying on the floor... terrible!!!
And then in New-York airport at the customs I was kept in a special room for extra 40 mins and almost had a "heart attack" because they could send me home if they dont like something, I was not skewd many questions, but fort these 40 mins that I was sitting and waiting for my turn, I thought I would have all the (possible attacks one can have ) anyway, got save here, but Stuart seemed to call my father's friend who was actually in Prague sleeping, because couldnt find me in the airport, thinking that I might call that guy...
Well, these are pretty much my adventures... Will continue in the next e-mail.
The last couple days it's so warm over here, probably like "babje leto" :-)
Warm for just a t-shirt.
Greetings from Philadelphia

Hey, guys!!!
Ok, this is the first letter, I finally have time to write a few words :-)
In short.. working in the Italian restaurant, it's nice, Albanians own it and work there, people are nice, resto is expensive, , today have to get my pay check and see how much I get for it :-))) still don't know because it's tips paid every week/
Now sitting in the Russian center, where I was volunteering, trying to find some better work, after I get the papers...bought a computer, a notebook, already installed Skype, ICQ, but not MSN yet.
It's Vista, it looks nice, 17 inches, Toshiba, 2-3 (don't remember) operation memory and 160 GB of hard drive... I think it's enough for now :-)
Already miss you all, say Hi to the Black sea for me if you go there...
How's the weather, how's everythign overthere, how did the year start, the work???
We were here on couple Jewish dinners at Stuart's relatives and friends, because it is a week of Jewish holidays: new year and other holidays...
Yesterday, the apartment upstairs was being renovated, the bathroom especially, completely, and one of the Mexican guys just fell with his leg through our ceiling, not all the body, but still... luckily no one was in the shower, but Stuart just finished painting the walls an hour before that and for a day we had a giant hole in our ceiling, looked cool )but it is all fixed right now, just a little of headache for Stuart :-)
Well, that's pretty much it :-)
